If you already have a group, I’ll guide you exclusively.

How do I check your availability?

You can view open dates directly in my booking calendar.

Simply choose the date you want and submit a request. If it’s open, it’s yours.

How do guests usually describe your guiding style?

I always do my best to personally guide you; that is my standard.

However, if multiple guests request the same date, I will assign or recommend a trusted, accredited guide who:

  • is properly licensed

  • is trained professionally

  • upholds respectful, guest-first service

  • delivers the same level of care, safety, and storytelling I am known and rated for

This ensures that even if I cannot join you, you receive the same premium experience, never compromised.

What makes a private guide different from a tour company?

I don’t sell packages or pre-arranged tours.

I serve as your personal, local expert. Someone who:

Do you create custom itineraries?

Yes, but only for confirmed bookings.

Once your date is secured, I curate an itinerary based on:

  • your pace

  • your interests

  • accessibility needs

  • food preferences

  • weather and seasonal nuances

What happens if weather or boats change?

Cebu weather and sea conditions can shift quickly, and I monitor them closely through local maritime and port updates.

If there’s a possible cancellation or change in routes, I inform you immediately and help adjust your day smoothly without ruining the experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand plans can shift, especially with travel. To protect both guests and local partners who prepare in advance, the following terms apply:

  • 30 days or more before the tour: Full refund of downpayment

  • 15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund of downpayment

  • 7–14 days before the tour: 20% refund of downpayment

  • Less than 7 days: Downpayment is non-refundable

Please note that once a date is confirmed, I reserve the full schedule for you, decline other bookings, and coordinate/pay suppliers ahead of time.

Rest assured you will be updated and assisted should any changes arise (e.g., weather advisories, port cancellations, force majeure).

Are kids, seniors, or differently abled travelers welcome?

Absolutely — I tailor the pacing and activities for everyone’s ease and safety.

If I book, will you personally guide me?

My goal is always yes. I prioritize being physically present and guiding my booked guests myself.

In rare cases when schedule conflicts occur, I will only refer or assign someone I personally trust who can serve you with:

  • the same professionalism

  • the same hospitality

  • the same standard of storytelling and safety
